Teachers Who Collaborate are Better Prepared—No Surprise There

The following article by Teacher Magazine details how the National Commission on Teacher and America’s Future is strongly encouraging schools to establish learning teams. As many of you know, learning teams have been in existence for some time (Critical Friend’s Groups, Professional Learning Communities, etc) and it is no surprise that they are a great support for teachers. But it is nice to read the following article as it supports the important work that we do to create scholarly learning communities for teachers.
